So if something like the repair adhesive has some chance of working I would be willing to give it a try to see what happens. We had a roof leak last year and noticed that the tiles in our family room were becoming crunchy and noisy. They were stuck directly to the subfloor and we have underfloor heating, so ripping it all up would have been a NIGHTMARE.
