Automatic Thread Trimmer: The machine is equipped with an automatic thread button that simultaneously trims the needle and bobbin threads at the sewing end by lightly pressing the push button. Both the trim button and the foot controller engage the advanced Juki industrial-style thread trimming mechanism. When combined with its ultra-precise stitching abilities, this sophisticated machine will keep you stitching faster and smoother than ever before! Exceed your sewing and quilting expectations with the new JUKI F400 Quilt and Pro. The Quilt and Pro comes equipped with 157 stitches including 16 professional buttonholes, 3 lettering fonts, and a huge variety of included accessories.Extension table – one of the reasons many users prefer the Juki TL-2010Q sewing machine is the fact that there is a lot of room available for your project, mostly thanks to the extension table that comes with it. This makes it very easy to handle larger quilts and other heavy projects. Moreover, the throat portion of the machine is especially designed with large quilts in mind. I also love the sound it makes as it stitches – you can HEAR the quality of the machine. It purrs! Maybe I’m not describing this well? I feel like you would almost have to sew with it to appreciate how solid it is.

You have to insert it into a bobbin case and push it in from the left. I just wish it held much more thread than a standard bobbin. Read full review

Lighting Maximum Speed Control: The new speed control lever gives you complete control over sewing speed. Set the speed from 200 to 1,500 stitches per minute, or any speed in between for free motion, and precision sewing. Typically made for factories and businesses, industrial-grade models are designed for a more heavy-duty workload than regular home sewing machines. Thus, they can run for much longer; handle many layers of fabrics/heavy-weight fabric without getting jammed up; and move at a much faster speed.Man, this thing is FAST! The Juki TL-2010Q thankfully has a governor (speed control option) on it, and I like to keep my setting at 3/4 to “rabbit” which is still so much faster than any other machine I’ve ever used. I was grateful for this option when I had some nieces over last summer who were learning to sew. We cranked the speed control down to “turtle” and they sewed safely! When purchasing my machine I rang and asked all sorts of questions and they happily answered them all. These were my concerns and their response: All things considered, you can be sure that the Juki 2010 will get the job done without fail or frustration. Materials are sewn with Ease: The microcomputer-controlled, speed control mechanism, allows the machine to sew materials at low speeds. This provides for accurate feed and perfect stitching when sewing heavy-weight fabric, quilting, and multiple layers of materials.
