I notice many, many, many similarities between said game and this book while I was reading it. I was a bit weary to read it at first because I hadn't read this series in a while (I started with the one on World Book Day, and I haven't actually read the first book yet DX) I agree that things are definately improving, and the last volume should be particularly exciting. But here's my issue with it. Being a novella, the plot was at times, a bit too fast. To me, the ending was a bit disappointing. Perhaps if there had been more time and motive to properly establish the villain, it would have been much more impactful.
