About this deal
Nobody writes angst and joy and hope like Paige Toon.”—CHRISTINA LAUREN, author of LOVE AND OTHER WORDS On top of loving the characters, the suspense around the secret was also eating me up inside and was the only reason I couldn’t delay my stay as much as I wished. While I started to see it coming towards the middle of the book, I wasn’t very convinced about why they hid it even after it was clear it needed to be out. I couldn’t help but feel it was a bit too convenient that they kept postponing it-but not as convenient as seeing other characters solving the main characters' problems. Toon tells the story from one end of the spectrum to another; heart-wrenching pain from secrets and hurts, then soaring love that fills the reader with joy. It is an addicting read!
Oh my GOD. This book! Only Paige Toon can make me believe in the power of love this way….It has everything: family, love, secrets, sexy descriptions of brooding, hot men…just sublime.”—Laura Jane Williams, author of Our Stop and The Love Square Deep, emotional, powerful, beautifully written with a masterful tender touch - this book is a must-read' Milly Johnson I’ve never read a book by Paige Toon before and I will not be reading another. I really enjoyed the location. It felt quite idyllic, as long as you don’t mind a few tornados! I could understand why Wren found herself wanting to stay.
